Unable to Change SO Status and Save

As of this morning (Wednesday, August 20, 2025, around 7:40 AM EDT), our team is unable to update the status of jobs within the Mobile Install app. When a technician tries to change the status (e.g., from "Scheduled" to "In Progress"), the change does not save. There is no error message; it simply reverts to the original status or fails to commit the change.
This is a significant roadblock for our field operations as we rely on these statuses for real-time tracking and workflow automation.
