UOM Not working for pricing

We have always used our wires with UOM provided by our vendor (Control4/SnapOne). For some reason for the past months every time the pricing database is updated it does not take into account the UOM and every time we add a 100ft of wire on a project is adding 100 spools of wire. Don't know why that started happening all of the sudden. Could you help me verify if there is something that changed that I need to be aware of?

I just noticed the same thing. In my case, the "Bulk Item" check box on the General tab was unchecked for some reason. I checked it and ran Check Partner Price and it corrected itself

BarrySato: The same item has just caught my eye. In my case, the General tab's "Bulk Item" check box wasn't selected for some reason. When I checked it and used Check Partner Pricing, it automatically changed.
