Labor Rates - Mass Update

Have the ability to mass update all phases labor rates.

We use misc labor to account for travel time to and from a job. It would be nice to have an apply to box to update all, some of the phases at once.

Honestly, I think Mass Update should be implemented across the board on all "Explorers" or what might be called lists. It's frustrating when you find good features like this not implemented throughout the software. We're on 19 and perhaps you solved this, but I know on 18 you had not. Thanks!
