I'd add that a change order with a status of submitted should have the option to lock all the pending items the same as approved items (bars price adjustments etc)

100% agree. Would also like to have some sort of built in revision management for COs. We have to manage this with naming conventions rather than real tracking mechanicsm.

Pleae also add a search function for Change Orders. We have to track the 100s of COs for some jobs on an Excel Sheet. just to check for duplicates or quote status.

Joe Forbes continuting this line of thinging, again 100% agree on searching. We need a more solid way to track changes on individual COs during the quoting process, list changes contained withing each revision, and maintain a solid status of each CO. We have some projects with dozens of COs but internal and external and we have to rely on Excel to this vs just using the software platform like we do for quotes. Would love to work with D-Tools on developing this further.
