DTools is pretty good at executing a project, but when it comes to supporting customers long term and providing service, it can be lacking. We often will be the same company that a customer (commercial) uses for all their AV needs buts we do not have any easy way to do upgrades for specific spaces without cloning projects and trying to figure out what services orders made changes on what part of the systems. It would be great for there to be "living" BOM and Drawings for client sites so that the items can essentially become assets and the drawings can be continuously updated over the life of the system.
