Cloning Packages/products to specific locations via search

I realize we can select multiple locations to add a package however, sometimes we need to clone a specific package that has different products in it and assign it to multiple locations.
For instance, maybe I have 5 types of FCU's with different sized valves. I'd use a package I already have and replace the valve products with correct ones needed and then assign that package to the correct location.
When going to the clone screen and trying to do a search of what location I want to assign a product it will find it no problem and will give the check mark.
However, when I search a second location it then removes the location check mark of the previous one checked and only add the newest one selected.
I have tried both backspacing and using the back arrow. Everything I try seems to remove the previous locations selected.
Hopefully the pictures I've attached help show what I'm trying to explain.

Would be great if while entering new location search, it maintains the checked locations and shows them too constantly untill unchecked to avoid mistake or confusion.
