Compare and Sync for items not in the catalog

For item validation issues for items 'Not in Catalog' you should have the opporunity to audit/edit the entire item before commiting to adding it to the catalog.

If you want, you can import / add item as unapproved, then someone on team can review those items and mark them as Approved after reviewing/modifying. 
The unapproved items are in the catalog but will not show up by default.

Sandeep Panesar That is true, but relies on human beaings to click a check box. If our species was capable of that amount of discipline, then we wouldn't need the item validation tool. LOL. Could we not get an edit button in this tool?
