Currently all emails are sent using servers operated by d-tools. For security and privacy reasons, and to provide a completely on-prem solution, it would be reasonable to be able to define our own SMTP server information for the software to use for sending automated emails.

We are aware of the options you've shown in Company Information, but that does not change the SMTP server.

Having our own SMTP server send the emails would also allow for logging and auditing of outgoing emails, which does not currently exist in d-tools system integrator.

Can you provide more details about this request? Also, there are settings related to the emails that you can find in Control Panel -> Company Information.
