This can be achieved using a custom report.
In the report you can have different cover pages. Then based on a project custom field maybe, you can print diffence cover at runtime.
For example, have different cover pages images in a custom report for different kinds of projects(residential, commercial, video conferencing, etc, ). Then based on a custom field, which might say type of project, display the image needed accordingly.

Sandeep Panesar: Not looking for project type. Looking for client specific. Like we do a ton of work for company abc. Should be a way to assign their logo to the client to pull into reports.

Custom Report using any custom fields is one option I see.
Second option is manual setting of cover page feature.
You can set and see the example run over a proposal report:

In that case, I guess a feature like Client logo/picture to be added to Client would be a good feature 👍.
And then the client logo could be made available in the report customization.
