Edit Report Definition window is too short / small. Please reformat this screen so user can see ALL the options without scrolling down the page. This would be more affective to see all the checked options at one time instead of scrolling to see what is selected. We use this feature a lot depending on the customer needs.

one issue here is while scrolling, its easy to scroll past and miss one option. Maybe a table view with list serial numbers on the left(1,2,3...) for each parameter help to track which option we want to change.
Example, parameter number 11 for hide optional items,
Another option can be a small search box on top, when you enter few characters like "opti" then it filters the list for only those parameters which contain that substring, and this should be without the need to press enter or any search button.

To drastically improve user efficiency and accuracy, the 'Edit Report Definition' window must be
resized and reformatted
to be large enough to display all available options and their current selections without requiring the user to scroll
. This is essential because the feature is heavily used for customizing reports, and a comprehensive, non-scrolling view will allow users to verify all settings instantly. choiceadvantageK

Thanks for highlighting this, James. That’s a practical and user-focused suggestion. Expanding the Edit Report Definition window to display all options without my ford benefits scrolling would improve visibility, reduce friction, and make it easier to verify selections—especially for frequent use cases tied to customer needs.
