I followed the instructions below of using the explorer and running the Purchase Order (By Status) Report to run multiple PO's at the same time. That result was a page that listed the PO's but doesn't list the items in the PO. I am looking to run the reports of the Purchase Order that includes the equipment for multiple Purchase Orders at once. So highlighting multiple purchase orders, then running the report for Purchase Orders to generate multiple Purchase Orders, One for each PO. Support (Haridhass) said it is not possible at this time.

You can generate multiple Purchase Order reports simultaneously from the Purchase Order Explorer interface. Here's how:

Open the Purchase Order Explorer.

Select multiple Purchase Orders you want to generate reports for.

This will open the Purchase Order Reports interface.

One report option available is the "Purchase Orders (By Status) Report". This report is designed to be run from the Purchase Order Explorer for multiple Purchase Orders at once. It groups the Purchase Orders by their Status field.

Remember, these reports are different from the Purchase Order Request reports found under the Management Report category in Project Reports.
