When a project is open in AutoCAD, the labor time in the Project Editor defaults to the HH:MM:SS format, even though the Company Information settings are configured to display time in decimal format.

For example, in the attached screenshot:

The top project (open in AutoCAD) displays labor as HH:MM:SS.

The other project (open directly in D-Tools) displays labor correctly in decimal format.

Expected behavior:

The labor time format should consistently follow the Company Information setting, regardless of whether the project is open in AutoCAD or in D-Tools directly.
