Projects with multiple phases and systems sold at different times, are hard to deal with as multiple Projects. (major documentation & product tracking issues)

So we along with many others have to create large Projects with multiple Proposals going on for years. Due to the limited functions of the Revision system, having the ability to Approve portions of a project would be ideal.
