Now that the Statuses created in SI are available in Mobile Install, it would be nice to select which ones are able to be used/seen in Mobile Install, rather than showing every single Status. Several of our Stautses are for office use only - a filter for Mobile Install would keep the interface tidy for techs and avoid confusion and possible problems.

Yes, this would be super helpful! Being able to select statuses directly in Mobile Install would make managing tasks on the go so much easier. Fingers crossed they add it soon!

Great suggestion! Making statuses selectable in the Mobile Install feature would definitely improve usability and make managing tasks on the go much easier. It seems like a simple change that could have a big impact.

We added this feature in Hotfix 6 for v23. When logged into Mobile Install as an "Administrator" user, you will see a Schedule Statuses tab under Setup that will allow you to choose which SI Statuses display for Tasks and Service Orders in MI.

Hi, A very practical and useful suggestion! Being able to filter the visible Statuses for Mobile Install would significantly improve the user experience for field technicians.
I understand the desire to:
Selectively expose SI Statuses to Mobile Install.
Keep the Mobile Install interface tidy for field techs.
Prevent confusion and potential errors from techs daily pay selecting office-only statuses.
This kind of filtering capability (e.g., a "Visible in Mobile Install" checkbox or similar setting within the SI Status configuration) would be a great enhancement for managing workflow and data integrity between the office and the field.
