Merge multiple projects into 1 big one

We have a few client for whom we did a install, and now they added more, and we want to handle it all under 1 big project

If your room names are the same across all projects, then just (Ctrl-A) Select All items in any project and drag them into master project and select "Assign to location from source project item".

I've done this many times. I make sure everything in a system is on my visio schematic. Items that are not drawn are either put off-page or made accessories.

Then I go to the new project and use the Add-ins->Insert Drawing Pages function.

Our way of addressing this was to export each of the individual projects into Excel files and then import them each into a single project. Granted, this was before the roll out of the General Allowance feature which seems to impact reporting and exporting in weird ways sometimes, so YMMV.
