It would be nice to have the ability to have the calendar open in a separate window, so that I can always see it and still work in projects/service orders.

This is part of v15 release. We have yet to split calendars by project or resource.

Cody Frisch: This might end with a lot of open windows. Will talk with our product team on this.

Naresh Nichani: even if the tabs for catalog, projects, etc could keep the view alive without disposing of it when switching to another tab. The view resetting each time is painful.
