Rename files with project open

Would like to be able rename a file once it has been added to the project files while the project is open. Not actually sure why we cannot do that anyway EXCEPT for SOWs.

@steal a brainrotCurrently, renaming files directly within the project while it's open isn't supported, except for Statements of Work (SOWs). This limitation may be due to how the project management system handles file references and dependencies. It would be useful to have this feature for better organization, and I recommend providing feedback to the development team for consideration in future updates.
