It would be beneficial to have a "Save" or "Save As" function in the Revisions or Change Orders LAYOUTS tab. This would be similar to how this is shown/selected in the main ribbon menu under LAYOUTS for Project Explorer. We can do this once inside of the Manage Custom Layouts feature only. See images attached.

Also, if you change the column width inside of the Change Order LAYOUTS Manage Custom Layouts feature, it does not reflect in the Change Orders view after you save the custom layout with a width different from the default 100.
