Wouldn't hurt to have this a job level variable that we can set a default on and change when requested as well.

Not a bad idea to have radio buttons or a checkbox to the right of the room number entry box for this. I imagine it would normally be a cleaner look to have the consistent-length room numbers first, then the variable-length names following after, but a trailing number for a secondary reference/clarification works too.
