Service Order Workflow - Data Fields

It would be helpful to have all service order data fields available when creating a work flow. For example; site address, billing address, 'Assigned to', and Service Plan number are not currently available.

This is forcing us to create a custom report everytime we create a service order.

V22 updated the ability to add additional datafields for Service Order Work flows like ContactName, ContactTitle, ContactEmail, ContactMobile, SiteAddress, BillingAddress. HOWEVER, ContactPhone is NOT available. This looks to be an unfortunate oversite. Can this be fixed with a patch update?

I also would add that their should be required fields. Often times dates and site address are just loaded to default. They should be blank and made required in order to save it.
