All of the list views in D-Tools have the top item on the list pre-selected and it causes issues throughout SI.
For Homepage Dashboard Analytics, the top line being selected prevents you from seeing the background status color. Additionally, since the 'Selected Text' color isn't customizable, whatever the chosen text color for that status is, may not work due to the highlighted item (see picture). Would be easily solved if the first item wasn't pre-selected. Why are these pre-selected anyway?
When adding tasks to summary tasks, I dealt with confusion today because the top item was pre-selected, but it wasn't clear which task was not currently part of the summary task. Again, would have been solved by not pre-selecting the top item.
Also in the past, this was/is an issue with adding items to your project from the catalog where upon opening the catalog the first item in the list was pre-selected, then you would seach for a specific item in the search bar and the search would return a single item, you would assume it was pre-selected since it is highlighted and click add, but it was actually the first item from before the search that was selected and that item gets added to your project, not the item you seached for.
This is sistemic in SI. We don't need the top item in a list to be pre-selected. We are perfectly capable of clicking on the the thing we need.
