Stop with the SI NEEDING to be always on top

One of my least features/bugs of D-Tools is its poor arrangement of windows. I have mentioned this before but it's still problematic. The SI application needs to stop insisting it need to be on top. I'll open a dialoge box for some item like a task or SO or open a catalog item in my project and want to compare the information with another application side by side. But as soon as you click back to the open dialog box, SI asserts itself back to the top, not just the open dialog box. It's VERY frustrating. This will often hide pop up messages too. Please look into this.

Thanks for pointing this out, when multitasking I sometimes 'lose' a dtools popup and have to alt-tab to find it.

Tom Sauter 100% agree, I spend so much time searching for the open dialog box that is making my system beep, isn't allowing me to continue on anything else, won't let me minimize anything, and is hiding behiind some random application on one of my (4) monitors.
