You can run just about any report and filter by on the drawing page or not on the drawing page. You can then select the drawing pages to include. I use it to find any product that made its way into a quote that should have been permanently deleted but was only removed from a drawing page.

While you can sort by the "blue dot" column, you can't filter that column like the other columns. I think that's really all that would be needed?

Here is the problem:when creating a drawing such as a "Power" drawing, there is no need for an HDMI cable or a rack shelf to show up. There needs to be a series filters for each item so that when you are working on a particular drawing only the items on that drawing show up. Now i use custom fields to do it but it is clunky.

I'm pretty sure this can be done, I don't have D-Tools open right now, but I do remember the ability to run reports with a filter of "on the current drawing page" or something like that. I've used it for rack power calculations using the rack elevation drawing page.
