Database filtering is not working

Correct there is a known issues using the column filters and it is advised to use the Quick Filter instead.
The column filters are actually not coded by D-Tools so we do not have direct control of them. The quick filter we do and should offer a more reliable way to filter.

I observed the same/similar thing. When using the column header on Location, I can select any 2 named locations in addition to unassigned and blank, but as soon as I select 3 or more named locations in any order, I hit OK and then the filter adjusts itself to only show Unassigned, Blank, and the first and last locations in the list.

Agreed. I was instructed by support not to use the column heading filters for anything beyond a single element. Instead, I've been directed to use the Quick Filter option. Which is a bit counterintuitive for folks experienced with MFC table architecture. It does not allow for hierarchical filtering/sorting but is what they have provided us.
