I have a custom layout that has a filter included in the layout. However when switching away from one custom layout to the another, the filter does not clear/replace.

I have an approved project and I am adding an accessory to an approved item (adding missing interconnect cable), and it did not prompt me to add the item to an existing allowance despite the setting set to yes.

Selecting more than one child task under a summary task, then right-click on one of the selected tasks and choosing mass updated only mass updates the task that was right-clicked on.

If this isn't already fixed in v23, when in the task explorer, if you apply a column filter in your layout, then click 'Refresh' to update the task statuses, the column filter clears. It should not do this unlesss you select 'Reset' We have a custom field to indicate which team the task is for, field team or design team, and we filter the column to hide tasks. So clicking refresh to see how tasks are progressing and having to re-filter is not ideal.

The attachment page on projets lags very hard when there is a lot of files. This king of makes this page useless. Can we remedy this or do a sharepoint integration? Any solution that works is a good solution.

I asked my team to standardize their formatting of their task comments when responding to changes that need to be made to a project once it was reviewed for quality control. However, once the 'Add' button is pressed, DT is adding in random carriage returns and essentially re-formatting the comment into a catastrophe. See attached screenshot.

The default for exporting a report as Excel is .xlsx, however the file is saved as .xls and always opens the file with a caution that the file type doesn't match. Manually selecting saving as .xls or manually changing the file type to .xlsx after it's saved resolves this. Either changing the default to .xls or fixing the file type when it's saved will resolve this.

I was working with seeing equipment and labor totals for gear vs. cable and came upon what seems like a major bug. I have a quantity based project I have (4) parent items, each with a bulk wire run as an accessory. Most have parent QTY > 1 When I select just the bulk wire, choose 'Selected Items' and deselect the options. I expect to see the total price of equipment and labor for only the selected items when I run a project summary. Instead, it get something else. See attached screen shot. Notice the RED rectagle which is obviously not included in the totals on the summary.

When using the checkboxess for sorting locations, it only sorts by the first marked location. If I sort by text filter it works, however it's annoying.

I didn't grab screen shots as we were in a time crunch but here is the summary of what we experienced: Approved project, Pending External Change Order #10. PDF proposal shows a grand total dollar amount that is $105 dollars cheaper than the project summary grand total. Comparing the two: Equipment Price: Matches Labor Price: $105 difference (project summary was higher) Sales: Tax matches Grand totals between the proposal and the summary should not change when rendered at the same time without changes to the project. What we found: $105 difference in labor was = to 1-hour of our standard tech labor type. Both the proposal and project summary showed the same quantity of labor hours, just different dollar amounts. Labor in this project is non-taxable. When we removed (1) hour of standard tech labor from the project so the summary would match the PDF proposal, the labor totals matched, but sales tax reduced. Again, labor is non-taxable in our project. How I solved it: I needed to lock the the (3) allowances before I removed the hour of labor as they were calculating based on installation cost/price which made the sales tax amount change. This made the summary and proposal PDF match when rendered. While this does make sense why sales tax changed, the earlier issue of the two reports not matching is still a bug. There is no reason the proposal total and the summary totals should mismatch.
