The possibility to type in new headends straigt in the explorer is gone. Now you only have pre-confugured headends to choose from.

I have a Samsung HG55Q60AANFXZA in my project. When running a submittals report, the item shows up without an image and the link to the datasheet doesn't work. In my catalog, I searched for the item and located it. Righ-click 'Update from library'. It appears to find a match and I update the catalog. I return to my project and update the item from catalog. I open the item and see both a large image and a thumbnail, the file tab shows files and links. What is really odd is when I open the item and choose Web -> Library, the item cannot be found. So it seems like there is data but there is also no data.

I have been finding that after clicking the 'Open' button from the project explorer to revieal the drop down, it takes 1-2 seconds for the drop down to appear. Often I will re-click it thinking I hadn't clicked it correctly and it will then close the drop down after showing it.

When adding shapes with more than one line to visio, every line - except the first - is in bold. Visio 365 D-Tools 21.23.4657.0 Server: 21.23.4629.0

After dragging items to the assign drop zone they do not appear to move until you press refresh. They should automatically refresh I would think, so they appear in the correct location.

It seems to be rounding the package differently inside a project, than when looking the package directly, or in package editor. I have rounding set at the default 4 decimal places. (I have reported this via tech support as well)

When accidentally pressing Ctrl-V (Paste) without Ctrl-C, Visio starts pasting everything on page and adds it to database (selecting like you're pressing Ctrl-A) including OPR's! This is very frustrating as it takes long time to wait until D-Tools is ready with copying and is absolutely unwanted. I see this as a big bug!

Related to "Compare and Sync - Separate Pricing and Labor Columns". A change in Labor Type in the catalog should not be raising a flag on "Pricing Difference" when opening a project. There should be a separate Labor Column indicating Labor differences for the Labor Type and Hours.

I've opened a support request as well. There are no emails being sent to any of my users for Mobile Install. I have two that have been trying to get their login emails for the last 24 hours and getting nothing. I've sent from the portal, the server and confirmed on my exchange server that nothing regarding log in credentials has hit my Exchange server in the last 24 hours. I can confirm the task/service notifications are working.

The field "Purchase Cost" in product are randomly updated with wrong pricing. This field should never update automatically, but stay blank, unless you type in a number.
