From the home page in SI, of you click the drop down for 'Projects' and HOVER over 'Recent' it automatically produces a diaglog box stating that I have not recent projects. I call shenanigans on that alone, but an error message for a contextual menu being empty is no good especially since it occurs on hover and not click.
