Sean Price - thanks for sharing this.
Your query should be grouped for (Project Manager = XXX or Assigned to = XXX)
Can you try this
Select these two rows below and click the "Group" button.

Sean Price - Can you send us a screen shot of your filters for the analytics you are running. If you have "OR" conditions make sure to group them as shown below. If OR conditions are grouped the "AND" will apply across all clauses in your BA.

Naresh Nichani: Naresh,
On the 1st screenshot you can see the filters we are using and the order of them as well. In the background in the “My Projects – Steve” you can see that (2) the blue highlighted projects are in Status 3b – Declined and should not be showing up according to the filters. Both of those projects are also Archived and should not be shown because of the first filter as well.
On the 2nd screenshot, we are using the same filters in a different order and the “My Projects – Steve” count is now (37)
On the 3rd Screenshot, same filters but it looks like this is filtered correctly, as seen in the “My Projects – Steve” count is at (17)

Sean Price: Did you get this resolved? When mixing clauses AND/OR you must group them, otherwise the OR takes precedent and will break the logic.
