HUGE "Options" Bug and hindering our businesses operational flow

We have discovered a huge bug with Options in v18. If you mark items as Optional and then mark them back as Non-Optional, DTools is now creating a duplicate of each item. All of my optional systems have now doubled in price and I'm having to sift through deleting out each individual duplicate item. PLEASE FIX ASAP

We are not able to replicate this issue in testing.
Can you create a video and make a support ticket with this issue please.
