OFE/NB equipment item Labor hours are included in project totals

IDK if this is a feature or bug or feature request. Essentially, we noticed that we had a project where the bulk wire that would be pulled as part of the project was going to be billed separately on a Time and Matierals basis. So rather than remove the wire from the original project, we marked the bulk wires as both OFE and NB but the labor type and hours were left as is so the unit price and install price were both $0.00. But what we noticed was that the labor totals (not price) for those wires were still reflected in the project summary.
OFE - Removes the cost of the item but labor may still be needed to handle the item so it makes sense for labor to remain
NB - Removes the sell price and labor price of the item to the customer, but costs to the integrator remain for both equipment and labor.
I guess maybe I am asking for a third check box for 'Ignore Labor' or 'Exclude Labor from Totals' or 'Excluded Item' or something rather than removing the labor from the item entirely.
While we need the item to draw, we don't necessarily want any reflection on project totals/costs/prices/labor hours for something like this. I'm open to better ideas too.

We just make the labor Hours 0 when we at it to the project. If we need a labor cost/price we will make a labor item an accessory to the cable- or put the labor for that cable pull in to a new system. Then exclude that labor/system in the reports - unless you want it included in the reports.
