We recently reduced the number 'Phases' available and renamed them. When working in older projects that have been approved but require changes, we are noticing that when we 'Restore All Defaults' to append the new phases to the old project, it imports them out of order. So the catalog allows us to arrange them, but I also have them numbered so they should be in order to begin with, but the imported phases come in to the old project in a different order.
